Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote. 863-225-0921

Does the standard 8 - 10 hour rental time include your set up time?
No. We will arrive 1 - 3 hrs early to set up so you get the entire rental time for your event and setup

When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

How many tents do I need and how do I know?
Each of our Tents descriptions on the website offers you the specifics of how many it can comfortably hold.

Do we need to perform any maintenance on the tent while in our possession?
No. We do everything for you before we leave the site and we are certain that all safety measures are taken to let you simply enjoy your event. If the tent is going to be setup for multiple days or months we will setup certain days to check on the product.

Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change and must be paid prior to deliver. All final payment is due the business day before you rental/delivery date.

What if we need to cancel?
In the event customer postpones event date due to non-weather related conditions, Under One Tent will make every effort to reschedule rental of same units on an alternate date. When same units are unavailable for rescheduled date, similar or like units, may be available.

Cancellation must be made 5 business days prior to your reservation to receive a raincheck for your order and not be required to pay any amount owed. If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation the total invoice amount if unpaid is to be paid in FULL. Under One Tent will issue a FULL raincheck as long as the cancellation was not made the day of event. WHY? The reason we require the total amount to be paid if canceled within the 5 business days is because we will not have the opportunity to reserve those units within that time frame. ***Cancellation on a holiday requires the the full amount to be paid in FULL***

Do you require a deposit?
Yes all orders require a deposit, during check your deposit will be calculated by the contents in your cart.
